Oversized stripes...

I think it's a bit of a blogger cliché but my wardrobe is full of striped tops. This Mango jumper was a bit of an impulse buy but I couldn't resist adding another striped jumper to my collection. It is surprisingly warm and perfect for the office, especially when paired with my snazzy blue blazer! I have been wearing a lot of monochrome outfits recently and it feels weird not wearing any colour so this blazer is ideal for brightening them up...

Blazer: c/o Matalan, jumper: Mango, jeans: Topshop, top: c/o Matalan, necklace: New Look, shoes: c/o Matalan

I really love this jumper but I'm never sure how to style it. The oversized fit isn't that flattering on me and I'm not sure what to pair it with to stop me looking so square. I wore it here with a loose t-shirt but maybe I need a more fitted top? It reminds me of this outfit in a lot of ways, maybe I just need to dig out more skinny trousers?

This necklace is the perfect finishing touch and I have been wearing it a lot recently. I really like the length and think I need to invest in some more statement necklaces, they are perfect for pairing with stripes!

I have had these Topshop jeans for a year or so now but they have really stretched after a few washes too many and I am on the lookout for a new pair. I have heard some good things about the Joni jeans but does anyone have any other recommendations for high-waisted jeans?

How would you style this oversized jumper?

I can't help with jeans I'm afraid, but I like the jumper a lot :)

I don't own any high-waisted jeans (shocker) but I also need a pair! I really like the pop of blue in this outfit. :) I can imagine the jumper looking super cute tucked into a midi tutu/petticoat!

I love stripy tops too :) I recently bought really good high waisted jeans from h+m! Love the little owl cushion in the background haha, it's so cute :)

I would love some high jeans, would feel like I'm not spilling out in them. When I rarely buy jeans they come from New Look.

It's a lovely jumper! I think it would look pretty awesome with a neon belt. Or that really blingy jewelled belt of yours I saw on here ages ago? x

maybe it's a cliché, but it always looks stylish. I adore stripes (and polka dots!) and this outfit is just so chic. I really need a blazer in my wardrobe. I just never thought they suited me but am desperate to find one now!

I love stripes too, I find them super versatile. Oversized tops can be pretty tricky to pull off but you've nailed it! Sticking to tight fitting or skinny jeans is the key, and the jacket just adds a little more structure. Have you tried Oasis's skinny jeans? I find them great, they're a soft fabric (so super comfortable) and have a mid to high waist so are flattering. X

The stripes looks great with your dark hair. I think the top would look good with anything skinny too, jeans, leggings... I love stripes too and have just invested in a top/dress from Seasalt.

I don't think you can ever have too many striped tops/jumpers. I've only got one at the moment and it is not nearly enough. I swear it is in every wash I do! You look gorgeous, that blue blazer is beautiful xo

I love this jumper - I am a big fan of stripes. I don't wear jeans but if I did it would be high-wasted ones all the way! x
