I spent last Thursday evening in Tabio's Kensington store for a blogger's event and had a really fab time! I must admit that I have often admired the socks and tights but they are too expensive for my meagre student budget. This store was absolutely gorgeous though and the staff couldn't have been nicer :)
These accessories were fab and I'm going to try and D.I.Y them myself as I have some cute scraps of fabric which would look fab made into cute little bows: I will have to let you know how I get on...
Ruffles were everywhere in store and I think they would add the perfect amount of cute to any summer outfit! Plus they come in so many colours that you could co-ordinate with any outfit ;) We were able to pick out one item to take home with us and I chose a pair of tights from the collaboration with J.S. Lee. I think they will look fab with a pair of over the knee socks as soon as it gets cold again.
I saw these gorgeous cherry printed socks and fell in love and eventually I decided to treat myself to them, as I knew that I would regret it if I left them behind. I wore them the next day and despite being a bit apprehensive about wearing ankle socks [and looking stumpy] I had so many compliments on them!

It was so lovely to see some blogger friends and to also meet some bloggers in person too and I had a really lovely evening with these lovely ladies and it was fab to see Daniela, Sarah Laura and Emily too :) I just want to say thank you to Tabio for inviting me to such a great event!
Have you ever bought anything from Tabio? How would you style the two items I bought?

I chose some random footsie type socks with a flower ankle band! Loved everything though!! Could easily have spent a fortune :) xx

I was kind of gutted that I wasn't invited to Tabio, although technically I wasn't really invited to too many of them, I just kind of crashed some this year, hehe :) I love the little details on the socks--so adorable! Oooo, fun! I've never really thought about buying fun socks before. That's a whole new fashion world for me to explore! I'll definitely look into Tabio. I love the cherry socks. They're so adorable.

I have 2 pairs of tabio tights and they are such good quality! Love them. Expensive but worth it.
